Elite Home Pamper provides professional in-home services, including massage, nails, and hair care, within the regions of Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya. By booking our services through the website, clients agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Services
Elite Home Pamper offers various in-home services, including but not limited to massages, manicures, pedicures, and hair care. These services are delivered to clients’ specified addresses within the areas of Bangkok, Phuket, and Pattaya. Clients select their desired service and provider through the booking form on our website. If a provider does not serve a particular location, that option will not be available during the booking process.
2. Booking and Personalization of Services
Clients can book appointments through our online booking form. During the booking process, clients will:
- Choose their preferred service and provider.
- Specify the location and provide necessary personal details, including their name, email, phone number, and address for service delivery.
- Opt for any additional personalization options, such as recurring appointments and their frequency.
Appointments can be scheduled up to 1 hour before the desired service time. Upon completing the booking process, clients will receive a confirmation notification.
3. Payment Terms
To secure an appointment, clients are required to pay a 50% deposit through the payment options provided on the website, which include Stripe and PayPal. The remaining 50% is to be paid directly to the service provider upon their arrival at the client’s location. Failure to complete the payment in full may result in the cancellation of the appointment and potential restrictions on future bookings.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel their appointment without penalty if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made within this period will qualify for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. To request a cancellation, clients must contact us through the designated communication channels provided on the website.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to ensure that the location for the service is clean, safe, and suitable for the chosen service. Furthermore, Elite Home Pamper strictly prohibits any form of physical or verbal abuse toward its service providers. Any behavior that violates this policy will result in the immediate termination of the service and may lead to legal action with the relevant local authorities.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Elite Home Pamper strives to provide high-quality services tailored to clients’ needs. However, the company disclaims any liability for complications, health issues, or other problems that may arise following the use of our services. Clients agree to receive services at their own risk and are responsible for disclosing any relevant health conditions or concerns to the provider before the service begins.
7. Modification of Services and Terms
Elite Home Pamper reserves the right to modify its services, pricing, and these Terms and Conditions of Service at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the website, and it is the responsibility of clients to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.
